Jayne Barron's professional training in adult education at Vancouver Community College and University College of the Fraser Valley is reinforced by 17 years of business experience in administration, management, marketing and business technologies.

Jayne has over 5 years' teaching experience in business development strategies, entrepreneurship, personal development and business software applications. The foundation of her approach is a sound instinct for streamlining, improving productivity and achieving goals.

Her primary talent is her flare for developing relationships of trust, and passing on her knowledge and business skills in a relaxed, open atmosphere.

Jayne is active in community education initiatives, including Community Access to Education and Training Committee in Mission, Mission Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the Fraser Valley Education and Training Planning Committee. She has provided business counseling through the Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of ASPECT, B.C.'s network of community trainers.

In addition to her teaching and entrepreneurial skills, Jayne is a professional computer consultant. As such, she tailors hardware and software packages to meet clients' needs, sourcing direct from the wholesaler, and passing on considerable savings to her customers. Jayne also teaches over 20 different business software applications.

In teaching, Jayne's ultimate purpose is to motivate people to new heights, to help them set and achieve goals they have never before contemplated - to improve their self-image as well as provide the skills they need to succeed.

As a business consultant, her goal is to equip her clients with cost-effective training and systems solutions, so they can better compete in the marketplace.
