effective tools for the development, assessment, and management of individuals, projects and programs.
She possesses the rare combination of highly developed analytical skills as well as excellent
technical skills in office computer software and a practical understanding of office administration
and the business environment.

Her enthusiasm for her subject is contagious and her approach is to enable each participant to find a
source of motivation within the material, to encourage and promote high standards of performance.
Susan has a strong personal commitment to service within the community and has a long history of
involvement with community associations. She has contributed her organizational ability, leadership, and
public speaking skills as a Member of the Board of Directors of: the Pacific Association for Continuing
Education, Association for Community Education-B.C., Mission District Parent Advisory Council, Mission S.P.C.A.

project committees. Most recently she has been involved with the Stroke Recovery Association of B.C., the Mission
Museum, the Clarke Foundation Theatre, and Junior Achievement.
Susan doesn't "take on jobs," she "makes commitments" and sees each project through with diligence, attention to
detail and an approachable but professional style. She is available to assist businesses in organizing and managing
projects, collecting background research, and establishing databases. She is also available to facilitate workshops
